At AMPM, we love a challenge—especially when it comes to transforming small spaces into something both beautiful and functional. Our latest en suite makeover is a perfect example of how smart design and clever solutions can make the most of even the snuggest of rooms.

Maximizing Space Without Compromising Style:

This particular en suite was compact, with limited space to work with, but our team was determined to create a fresh, modern, and practical bathroom. The existing layout posed some challenges, particularly due to the stack boxing in the corner, which dictated the placement of key fixtures. However, with careful planning and a creative approach, we delivered a transformation that perfectly balances aesthetics and functionality.

A Sleek and Modern Shower Update:

The old shower enclosure was replaced with beige concrete shower panels, creating a stylish and contemporary look while ensuring a waterproof and easy-to-maintain surface. To enhance accessibility and practicality, we installed a new pivot door, allowing for a smoother and more convenient entry into the shower without encroaching too much on the limited space.

Comfort Meets Convenience with a New Toilet:

For the toilet, we opted for a rimless comfort height pan with cistern, offering a modern, hygienic, and comfortable solution. Rimless toilets not only look sleek but are also much easier to clean, making them a great choice for any bathroom upgrade.

A Bespoke Vanity Solution:

One of the biggest challenges in this project was the vanity unit. Due to the constraints of the space and the stack boxing in the corner, a standard vanity unit simply wouldn’t fit. Instead, we crafted a custom vanity unit using kitchen cupboards, making the most of the available area while maintaining a stylish and practical design.

To complete the look, we topped the unit with a countertop basin and mono tap, creating a contemporary and space-efficient solution that maximizes storage without feeling cramped.

A Durable and Stylish Flooring Upgrade:

Finally, we replaced the flooring with Amtico Click system LVT flooring, a fantastic choice for bathrooms thanks to its durability, water resistance, and stylish finish. This flooring not only enhances the room’s aesthetic but also ensures long-term performance and ease of maintenance.
